These easy-to-cook recipes from the Hindi TV shows ‘Dine With Colors’ can be prepared in just 10 to 15 minutes. Be ready to note down!

A- Brussel Sprouts Salad 

This continental cuisine requires only these ingredients:

  • A bowl of baby Arugula
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic dressing
  • 1 bowl Spinach
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1 cup hard palms
  • ½ cup candies walnuts
  • ½ cup Shallots
  • 1 cup Brussel Sprouts

How to prepare? 

  • In a pan lightly fry Brussel Sprouts and Shallots
  • Mix Arugula, Spinach, Onions and Hard Palms
  • Then add Walnuts, Shallots and Brussel Sprouts along with Balsamic dressing.
  • Mix everything well
  • Serve cold.

B- Tandoori Artichoke Hearts 

To prepare Tandoori Artichoke Hearts, here are the following ingredients that you must have:

  • 6 Artichoke Hearts

To prepare Tandoori Marinade:

  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • Pinch of Saffron
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Mint and Tamarind Chutney (can be readymade)

How to prepare? 

  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients of the Marinade
  • Then Marinate the Artichoke Hearts
  • Keep the mixture aside for 15 minutes
  • Now Skewer the Hearts in an oven and roast them at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
  • It tastes best when served with Mint and Tamarind Chutney

C- Bombay Tarkari Pulao

Here’s a list of ingredients you need to prepare Bombay Tarkati Pulao: 

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • ½ cup chopped Red onions
  • 1 cup chopped Brocolli, Zucchini, Carrots and whole green peas
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 cup steamed Basmati rice

How to prepare?

  • First, in a pan, heat the vegetable oil.
  • Now add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste and Onions.
  • Saute for some time then add mixed vegetables
  • Now add turmeric and Garam Masala.
  • Let it cook for 5 minutes
  • Now add steamed Basmati rice
  • Mix it well and serve it with Raita. (side dish)
